Welcome to my new website! I’m so excited to have finally redesigned it. I love the colours, the layout, and it’s so easy to navigate. There are now 2 strands to follow. One for office massage in London and one for personal clients, so you can choose to browse either or both!

I’d like to say a big thank you to the lovely people at TDL who turned my vague ideas into fantastic reality. And all in one day! Check out some pictures from the day below. It was a lot of work, but so much fun!

Along with my spanking new website, I am now based at Holistic Health Lab in West Hampstead where as well as getting the treatment of your choice you can pick up wonderfully tasty, healthy juices. For office massage, I will continue to travel around London to help ease the stress, aches and pains of the capitals’ office staff. In fact, I recently secured a new office massage contract in Hackney, arguably the heart of East London, and I am very excited to see what the future holds.

Some of you may know how passionate I am about Reiki, so I will be offering my Reiki Attunement workshops again from next month, where you can learn the first steps to becoming a practitioner. Details to follow shortly. For anyone unfamiliar with Reiki, it is a deeply relaxing, non- invasive treatment which is very good for cleansing and balancing emotions as well as easing physical discomfort. Please see therapy descriptions for more details. Or contact me directly, I am always happy to talk about Reiki.

In the meantime, my office massage therapy in greater London is growing so we may have to expand further out soon. It seems more and more companies are realising the importance of staff wellbeing, which can only be a good thing. Personally, I think we all are more productive when we’re relaxed and balanced.
