Reiki I
Reiki translates to ‘universal energy’ in Japanese. It is a hands on healing technique that combines ‘ki’- the life force that is present in all things- with the warmth, reassurance and healing power of the human touch.
In this one day course, you will learn how to channel the gentle healing Reiki energy, how to ground, centre and protect yourself, and how to use this energy to help heal yourself and others.
You will receive attunements which opens you up to the Reiki energy. Attunements involve the Reiki Master clearing a path for the energy to flow, using Reiki symbols. Reiki 1 has a three stage attunement process which is the initial initiation to the Reiki energy.
Once this pathway is established you remain a Reiki channel for the rest of your life and can go on to deepen your Reiki practice in Reiki 2 and 3.
